Hi everyone I just had my first day at frostig
It was an amazing experience
It’s much different than a regular high school because it understands the needs of kids with autism and gives us the flexibility we need. I am very grateful
I don’t want to have to go back to regular school that is not made for kids
Like me
Thanks for watching my video
That’s all
I want to get to know people
And learn cool things
They’re understanding of our differences and don’t treat us like we are dumb

Luca, I don't know your story in the past. My son is at an inclusive school, learning alongside of his same age peers. I love the school and feel that it's a good environment for him. But sometimes I wonder if he would sometimes like to be with other kids who think more like him? He's 11 and in 5th grade. Frostig sounds great! I've checked it out before. What are your thoughts on being in a general ed class as opposed to being at Frostig?

It depends. Are your son’s needs being met? I like it as I can be myself. There are still good teachers in an inclusive school but overall as a bigger system, Frostig understands and works together to meet individual needs.

Vacation!

Hey everyone! Guess where I just got back from? It starts with a H and ends with awaii. That’s right. I went to Hawaii and it was amazing. I got a little sick but that usually happens when I travel. It sucks but you get use to it. I got to chill at the beach for hours and live my best life. I am so jealous of the people that live in Hawaii. I would move there if I could and take Nikki if I could. I know Nikki loves the beach as much as I do too. I also want to jetski and do other cool things the next time I go back. Merry Christmas!

Hi everyone. It’s almost Christmas, are you all excited for the holidays? I am super happy that it’s my favorite time of the year again. How are you all celebrating this holiday season? I recently made a new friend at school and we will call him J. I think he is super cool and also he wants to learn to type with me. If anything maybe one day I can teach others how to type too. I think I just need to practice more and understand my body better. I hope that happens soon but I know it will take time since I am a little complicated. I can’t wait to see where this all leads me.
